Job Description:

Job Title : Production Coordinator

Main Purpose - what is the main objective/purpose of the role- (Max 2-3 lines summarizing the role)

Ensure that all processes related to production of goods are carried out successfully.

Accountabilities -

Business:

- Dealing with production in terms of handling of shifts, total production check, maintaining line productivity and planning

- Dealing with line breakdowns if any

- Maintenance: daily, weekly, monthly maintenance

- Dealing with issues related to quality

People :

- Ensuring the growth and development of the people reporting to this position via learning activities and training

- To ensure that the performance management process is carried out for the people

- Providing a healthy environment that encourages empowerment and diversity

- Carrying out people related activities like planning resources required, etc

Job Dimensions - what is the scope of the role - volume, net revenue, budget, geography, number of customers, number of sites etc for THIS role-

- Volume:

- Budget: Operate within AOP budgets

- Geography: Entire Plant Staff and Operatives

- No of customers: 200 (Approx)

- No of sites: One Plant

Key Skills/Experience Required - specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc NEEDED for the job. Please note that this is not necessarily the incumbent's personal background.

- Education: BE Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation

- Functional Experience: - 5 yrs

- Language: English Preferable Telugu & Hindi

Experience:

- Hands on experience on operation & maintenance of various equipments viz Blow Molders, Fillers, Labelers, Caser & Conveyors etc.

- Should have handled shifts independently. An exposure to utilities Boiler, Compressors, DG will be an added advantage

- Main interactions within & outside organization / External & Internal Environmental Factors - Key job roles both internally and externally that the job-holder interacts with on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. What is the nature of the interaction- What are the complexities of the environment in which this position exists-

- Maintenance

- Vendors

Comments - key challenges/unique aspects of the position, for example, what is the most difficult challenge for the role over the next 12 months-

- Understand the Beverage business particularly NCB's & fully participate in the commissioning of the project. Subsequently take charge of the shifts independently from day one of the commercial production. Also train & develop other colleagues on the operation & maintenance aspects of the NCB line.
