- Expertise in Various Static Equipment like Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactor, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger, and storage tanks.

- Expertise in Various Package and Non-Engineered items like, Filter & Coalescers, static mixer, silencer etc.

- Strong experience in equipment design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of static equipment.

- Expertise in handling Static Equipment with different metallurgy like Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex SS 32205/31803, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Clad / Weld overlay, Titanium equipment etc.

Job Purpose :

- Preparation and maintaining the LEAD diary to control various activities like allocated Man- hour, Requisition Control, track record for inter discipline.received documents like TDS, PDS etc., HOLD list, MR status, TBE stat TQ status, PR status, Change Management, Manpower mobilization, Lesson Learnt, Value Engineering, External Internal need list etc.

- Prepare technical literature for training.

- Responsible for identifying potential pitfalls, bottlenecks, risks, challenges and opportunities in the execution for managing the engineering teams to maximize overall performance in the key project indicators - budget, schedule and quality. Ensure timely acquisition, review and approval of Vendor.

- Preparation of Job Instruction for Static Equipment for implementation in the project.

- Keep track for Mechanical Equipment List, Material Selection Diagram (MSD), P&ID for any changes and update the effected Mechanical documents for any change.

- Preparation of ITB summary for key points related to client specifications & Tender documents and circulated to inter discipline for their information and further action on conflicting points.

- Preparation of Mechanical Design Calculation in compliance with the Datasheet/Specifications/Codes and proposals for Static Equipment.

- Preparation of Material specification and Design basis based on the applicable specification/Codes.

- Preparation of Material requisition for non- engineered items like Filters, plate heat exchangers, Air Cooler etc.

- Completing the Inter Discipline check (IDC) for deliverable like MDS and MR as per approved quality plan.

- Resolve all the comments within discipline and implement the rest before issuance to client for approval.

- Resolve all the comments received from client in form of CRS (Comment Resolution sheet) and revise the documents once CRS sheet is closed.

- Issuance of MR along with supporting documents to Procurement department.

- Preparation of TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) and TQ's (Technical Queries) based on quotation received from various vendors.

- Preparation of short and final TBE report and submit to Procurement department for their further action i.e. commercial bid evaluation i.e. CBE.

- Based on TBE and CBE report Purchase requisition prepared for the selected vendor and issued.

- KOM with selected vendor and MOM preparation.

- Vendor documents checking for Static Equipment and Package item.

- Review / Approve Vendor documents like fabrication drawings, design calculations etc.

- Participate in Vendor Review Meetings, Inspections etc.

- Ensure timely closure of Site queries, Non- conformance Reports, Deviations, etc. by PMC / EPC Contractor Participate in / performing periodic quality

audits.

- Worked for numerous proposals and help to prepare Technical Clarification

and responses on client's queries during bidding stage.
