Broad Responsibilities :
- Person will be responsible to deliver Training & technical support to Authorised Service Centers of Philips, He will be single point contact for all quality related feedback from network to factories & development team.
- The key tasks would include Technical & softskill trainings to service technicians, Monitoring & raising safety cases, preparing & analyzing pareto, driving MAG wise FCR improvement initiatives, engage with development team for quality improvement, Responsible for Fast feedback process (FFB) and to monitor quality and training of CCC Agent.
Specific Responsibilities :
- To plan and execute effective technical / soft skill trainings.
- To plan and manage fast feedback process.
- To manage new product introduction, initial spare procurement. Relevant trainings on new products.
- To track and raise safety IPM
- To arrange FCR improvement workshop, identify improvement actions and tracking till closure.
- monitor quality and training of CCC Agent.

- 5-7 years of core experience in quality & technical support.
