Pinnacle Infotech Solutions - BIM Professional (5-15 yrs)
Candidate should have a Engineering or Diploma from a recognised institution with prior experience in managing an MEP BIM team and good knowledge of MEP modelling
Responsibilities :
- To develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
- To develop and deliver structured BIM models for projects within your discipline
- To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families, etc
- To provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup and progress optimally, and teams are using Revit appropriately
Requirements :
- Demonstrate expertise in preparation of 3D BIM models using Revit
- For Revit MEP - Modelling MEP systems, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
- Clash detection and coordination of all services in Revit & Navisworks
- BIM and associated software skills to automate routines to support standards and improve productivity
- Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Naviswork, Dynamo and relevant tools
- Overall experience of 5 to 15 years.
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant modelling experience
- Experience gained in a consulting environment working on MEP Building Services
- Knowledge of multi- disciplinary BIM integration
