Piramal Enterprises - Team Member - Electrical & Instrumentation (2-4 yrs)
1. Supervision of project work for various projects.(corporate project & site project)
2. Preparation of Electrical BOQ & checking of type-2 Projects.
3. Checking and verification of Electrical BOQ & P&ID for type -1 Projects.
4. Preparation of all Electrical data sheet and drawings for Type-2 Projects.
5. Inspection of Electrical and accessories materials. Electrical as per Approved specification data.
6. Installation of PCC, MCC and regular maintenance.
7. Loop checking of all cables and assign the cable Numbers as per Approved Drawings.
8. Trouble shooting & identify the technical problem in Electrical and rectify the Issue.
9. Hand over the completed projects to E&M Team after completed of successfully 3 validation batches.
10. Checking of all Bills and reconciliation of both Type-1 and type -2 projects.
11. Preparation of Instrumentation BOQ & checking of type-2 Projects.
12. Checking and verification of Instrumentation BOQ & P&ID for type -1 Projects.
13. Preparation of all Instruments data sheet and drawings for Type-2 Projects.
14. Inspection of Instruments and accessories materials. Instrument as per Approved specification data.
15. Preparation & completion of documents (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) pertaining to PLC, SCADA System for Both type-1 and type- 2 Projects.
16. Installation of VFDS, RPM Indicators, PH Online, Control valve & on/off valve, temperature sensor Pressure, flow, level & temperature etc. For both type-1 and type -2.
17. Installation of all related safety Instruments like LEL Meter, Oxygen meter & HCL, Smoke detectors, Toxic gases & Flammable gases for both and type-1 and type-2.
18. Loop checking of all cables and assign the cable Numbers as per Approved Drawings.
19. Preparation of Master calibration schedule and assign the instrumentation tag numbers of all filed instruments.
20. Configuration HMI and SCADA As built designing of the system and logics & recipe changes.
21. Installation and check all digital clocks times; verified with master clock through satellite
22. Trouble shooting & identify the technical problem in instruments and rectify the Issue.
23. Hand over the completed project to E&M Team after completed of successfully 3 validation batches
