Position Overview :

- We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will support our C-Suite executives. This person will serve as a true right hand, will be proactive and have strong attention to detail.


- This person will be responsible for managing schedules, assisting with phone calls, will work with high profile clients and provide general support.


- A successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and have a passion for providing extraordinary executive level support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing day to day calendars & organising meetings and appointments for C-Suites.

- Organise incoming schedule requests and correspondence through multiple channels.

- Review important tasks and identify/prioritise urgent matters that require an immediate response.

- Take ownership of projects assigned.

- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.

- Schedule personal travel and appointments as needed for CXO's.

- Various other support for senior management when needed.

Desired Skills And Experience :

- Min 1-3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role.

- Experience supporting an executive level role in a fast-growing company. Startup Experience Preferred.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PPT (must have excellent PPT skills!), virtual meetings and conference tools.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

- Collaborates with professional networks, large customers and partners.

- Proven ability to work well independently.

- Customer focus and relationship management.

- Strong written and oral communication skills and confident in a client-facing role.

- Available in the office during normal working hours and available out of hours, as needed
