Planning Engineer (1-6 yrs)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understanding project specifications and developing technical proposal and budgets that meet them.
- Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
- Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring team receive feedback.
- Understanding and meeting all contract/projects requirements.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
- Analyzing technical drawings and providing cost estimates.
- Ensuring all projects is completed on time and within budgets.
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
REQUIRED CANIDIDATES PROFILE :
- Enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication,
- Interpretation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
- The ability to motivate others and make them aware of an overall aim.
- Should have knowledge of electrical instruments.
