Job Description:

Responsible for supporting project management teams with progress reporting, schedule updates, forecast to complete, earned value, critical path, change management and various critical decision-making information to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Duties:

1. Responsible for baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, histogram management, CMR programme, readiness report, baseline change control, EOT claims, delay notifications, risk management, earned value management using effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis).

2. Responsible for issuing periodic internal & external dashboards to communicate cost and schedule performance to teams in real-time. Responsible for issuing periodic cost and schedule reports that enable senior management to make data-driven decisions.

3. Responsible for the development of integrated master schedules for specific programmes in EPPM and/or Primavera P6 that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors. schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule.

4. Responsible for monitoring all programme control tools and measuring their compliance in respect of the project's contractual obligations.

5. Responsible for performing trend analysis and actively evaluating project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas, validate forecasts, and communicate those quickly to key stakeholders.

6. Responsible for all individual and certain division-specific productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.
