Planning Engineer - Construction/Real Estate (3-10 yrs)
Planning :
- Prepares all production / Project schedules and plans
- Ensures that all programmed activities are on schedule
- Should have done planning of atleast 3 projects of value more than 50 cr.
- Ensures that all department heads / Project Engineers and subcontractors are aware of the plan
- Analyze the progress data, updates the plan and informs those concerned
- Records the works additional to the original plan and all variations and revisions
- Schedule for ongoing projects with detailed planning
- Prepare Resource Chart ( Labor & material), organization chart and staff deployment plan
Monitoring of ongoing project :
- Tracking of progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Tracking of cash flow ( Plan Vs Actuals)
- Tracking of resource ( Plan Vs Actuals)
Operation :
- Preparing catchup schedules for delayed activities and preparing revised schedule for the activities that can- t caught up for the projects
- Highlighting all major issues faced at site level to management for finding solutions
- All the working need to be done through ERP
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in handling residential buildings is MUST
- Should have done planning in MSP
- Knowledge of Revit is must
- Diploma / BE - Civil is must
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal Relationships
- Strong Skills in MS office ( Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good Understanding within in the Industry
- Should be passionate about the role and have ability to lead.
