Planning Engineer Real Estate/Construction (7-10 yrs)
Planning Engineer - Real Estate/Constrcution.
- A Minimum of 6 Years site-based construction planning experience and B.Sc. Engineering Degree.
- A Minimun of 2 Years regular ""hands-on"" use of Primavera P6
- Planning experience of hydrocarbon, refinery or onshore industries with project planning and scheduling experience on mega projects preferred.
- Has the capability to: prepare all levels of project schedules; monitor project progress; Earned Value measurement; Critical path analysis; and to ensure project milestones are met.
- Has the ability to present project schedule to management and to prepare recovery plans in case of schedule slippage. (Precomissioning schedule experience is Plus)
- Must have thorough knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices, calculation methods/software, standards. and procedures.
- Must be experienced on the Primavera P6 (minimum of revision 8.32) and Microsoft Office software, with good written and spoken English skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously at remote fabrication site and report regularly to site planning groups.
- Cost Management, Cash Flow, Plan
- Preparation of Project Schedule (in MS Project) covering entire scope and within de- ned timelines
- Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses
- Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery Requirement
- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance) at various stages of the project to analyses deviations.
- Create Project closing
- BE/DCE engineer required for residential and commercial mall projects, to do planning< sub contractor billing, rate analysis, plan construction schedule, site control, generation of work orders, preparation of BOQ, monitoring project progress etc,
- Required Lead Planning Engineer for High Speed Railway project and metro highway project.
- Minimum 10 year's of exp B.tech in civil, Having knowledge of Primavera and Tilos software.
