Job Description : Planning Engineer
Position Overview :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic real estate team.
- The Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure the timely completion of our real estate projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction planning and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for real estate projects, considering factors such as resources, timelines, and cost constraints.
2. Conduct a detailed analysis of project requirements, specifications, and design documents to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for efficient project execution.
3. Create and maintain project progress reports, including milestone tracking, critical path analysis, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
4. Monitor project activities, identifying potential risks, delays, and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
5. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
6. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including clients, management, and senior executives, regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Proven experience working as a Planning Engineer in the real estate or construction industry, with a focus on project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
2. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to develop and maintain project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
