Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Coordinating between Planning, Production, Dispatch.

- Study of CRP, Doors, Panels, AHU's.

- Study of tender, BOQ, JTS, URS Drawings or any other document provided during the sales handover.

- Site visit for verifying actual site conditions and site dimensions wherever necessary

- Reconfirmation onto RDS for various building services and capacity calculations (HVAC, Electrical, BMS, Mechanical utility, CRP, CRE etc. as per scope of supply)

- Resource planning to suit target schedule for projects on board

- Setting up timelines for all projects and reporting onto progress to HOD on regular basis in approved formats.

- Prepare detail engineering drawings & documents.

- Submit the same to project dept for approval in case of any changes required w.r.to. Sales stage design data.

- Highlighting any ambiguities found during detailed designing with respect to the sales BOQ.

- Prepare Variance BOQ accordingly.

- Get the variance BOQ approved from PM

- Specific approvals on RAL codes, unique specifications as per URS etc.

- Assigning and checking all work assigned to drafting team.

- Giving all design calculation to drafting team required for drawing preparations.

- Check all the drawings for technical aspects and aesthetics of document.

- Ensuring of timely submittals of all drawings as per the time line of projects.

- Coordination with PM for speedy approvals of drawings submitted.

- Indenting material as per approved drawings with proper backup of the quantification for future reference of project teams.

- Timely submittal of project documentation (DQ) with necessary drawings, T.C, Manuals etc.

- Maintain proper record of all above work in proper format on for future reference both in digital and physical. All GFC drawings documents copy to be maintained in office.

- In case of any site level changes details provided by PM, update all the drawings and documents accordingly.

- Ensuring commercial and technical approval received in time in coordination with the project manager.

- Indenting material as per the final approved drawings.

- Product submittals for approval and vendor technical qualification in coordination with purchase team.

- Weekly report project wise on status of drawing, product submittals and timelines.

- Coordinated project Activities in consultation with project manager &team leader

- Assist Sales & Estimation dept in case of any specific technical query or working for project at sales stage

- Value engineering for savings on project cost
