Planning Manager - Demand & Supply - OTC - Pharma (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Planning Manager report to lead Supply Chain and responsible for implementing best in class supply chain processes at Company under the guidance of supply chain lead
- Responsible for Demand and Supply planning and associated Key processes viz. S&OP.
- Project Manager for key initiatives in the area of operations and supply chain
Responsibilities :
The Planning Manager will be expected to ensure the smooth functioning of Supply chain at Cipla Health limited. The key focus of the role will be to conceptualize and implement best in class supply chain systems and processes at company. The work involved shall include, but not be limited to the following -
1. Implementing best in class supply chain processes at the company e.g. MRP, S&OP,
2. Ensuring the smooth functioning of Supply Chain function with a focus on Demand and Supply Planning.
3. Inventory Management: - Setting up Inventory norms and ensuring RM/PM and FG as per the set norms.
4. Ensuring maintenance of best in class service levels/ OTIF for all Products.
5. Manage the Supply Chain part of the New Product Development with respect to the RM/PM ordering, Manufacturing for Trials, Travel Test and Launch of the product as the per the timelines agreed.
6. Ensure the Project management & delivery of Key Organization level project like working capital Optimization and Margin Improvement Initiatives.
