- To prepare baseline budget with zero based cost analysis.
- To develop master baseline programmes using scheduling software ( Primavera 6).
- Prepares Planned vs. Actual reports, analyses the critical path and highlight schedule slippages and project` deviations and trends. Suggests and prepares mitigation plans to get project back on track.
- Quantity tracking and reconciliation of BOQ quantities and unit rate reporting
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor costs, quantities and ratios for progress reporting
- Prepare resources utilization reports and productivity rates sheets and compare and compare against the planned.
- Report on budget utilization against actual expenditures
- Responsible for periodic maintenance, monitoring and updating project schedules,plans and budgets.
- Ability to prepare monthly budgets for project sites.
- Preparation of cash-flow statements.
- To ensure critical project controls functions at various project sites are functioning in accordance with the operations calendar by interacting with site teams on a regular basis.
- Prepare executive level reports.
- Ability to have transformed the data in to abstracted reports and sensible graphical interpretations.
- Monthly cost analysis report including cost forecast
- Preparing of material take off and reconciliation statement
