Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head - Foundry Operations to lead manufacturing unit in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in foundry operations, especially in DISA 130 machine lines, and a proven track record in plant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire foundry operation, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators to achieve production goals.
- Ensure smooth functioning of DISA 130 machine lines, troubleshooting and optimizing processes as needed.
- Implement best practices in foundry operations, safety, and quality control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in foundry operations, specifically in a senior leadership role.
- Hands-on expertise in DISA 130 machine lines is a must.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and plant management.
