Plant Head - Automotive/CD/Chemicals (20-30 yrs)
An Indian Industry major and a leader in its category is looking for experienced manufacturing professionals to head their plant operations.
- Would be responsible for managing unit level operations that would include Production, Planning, Quality, plant engineering, Plant IR & Logistics among others.
- Achieve budgeted production volumes as per plan
- Monitor and track gaps in the operating plan and take corrective action
- Work on analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and eliminating non-value adding activities
- Monitor and control costs under his purview
- Work on continuous improvement in safety and quality standards
- Build and retain a high performing team
- Engineering candidates with 20+ years of experience in managing operations from process / auto components industry with best-in-class manufacturing practices would be preferred.
- Should have high energy levels, have excellent interpersonal & influencing skills and be able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
