Plant Head - Automotive Component Manufacturing (18-28 yrs)
We have an opportunity with an Automotive component manufacturing company for Plant head position,
Managing the Business :
- Establishing Long term & Short-term business plans & developing manufacturing strategies inline with business plans
- Achieving Market Share by delivering the required products on time
- Achieving the EBITDA & Managing the P & L
- Taking the key decisions on strengthening the core operations & outsourcing the non-core
- Preparing Annual budget includes Revenue expenditure & Capital expenditure
- Identifying, retaining & developing the human resources
Managing Plant Operations :
- Setting the challenging objectives & targets
- Delivering the products as per business plan with highest level of efficiencies
- Enhancing Plant capacity with minimum investment, by rigorous application of TPM & JIT
- Driving break-through initiatives like, Industry 4.0, IT/IOT, TPM, TQM through Total Employee Involvement
- Implementing projects, annual improvement plans for process reengineering, technology absorption projects for expansion and new products.
- Achieving the cost reduction targets through War On Waste/Loss elimination through ROTI approaches & VA/VE
- Monitoring processes, identifying & correcting deviations towards ensuring that consistent manufacturing of products meeting pre-determined specifications and quality requirements.
- Ensuring maintenance of proper working conditions, 5S & 3R, discipline and safety at the workstation.
- Conducting negotiations with labour unions towards resolving issues/grievances, signing agreements and maintaining amicable employee relations.
- Overseeing the performance of subordinates, mentoring/motivating them to improve their contribution levels.
- Organising Skill Development Training towards achieving human excellence.
Handling big sized plants experience is must.
