- Must have min 5 years experience in Bread, Rusk, Biscuits

- Prior experience as Factory Head or SBU Head or Similar Role in the food industry.

- Excellent leadership and man management skills.

- Overall responsibility of plant operations - (Demand vs. PPC, Production scheduling, Engineering, Stores & inventory management, Administration, Transportation, Logistics & SCM, etc.) Carryout testing of New products for required parameters

- Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output.

- Designing SOPs and Systems up gradation.

- Cross functional team building, EHS and process management & Re- Engineering.

- Optimization techniques and efficient facilities management.

- Optimizing of MIS and communication free flow.

- Ensure and all the applicable statutory requirements, such as FSSAI and Legal Metrological Rules are complied with.

- Achieve Sales and Profit objectives of the unit

- Co-ordinate activities of various functions of the unit

- Provide professional leadership to a management team consisting of personnel from different disciplines.

- Ensure implementation of Statutory requirements as well as Policies of the Company.

- Achieve Objectives of the unit with respect to Safety, Quality and Food safety.

- Maintenance of Harmonious industrial relations

- Liaison with external agencies

- Undertake training and development for his subordinate associates.

- Carryout Plant scale commercialization and Training to the Manufacturing team for SOPs.

- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Company.
