Plant Head - CAN Manufacturing (15-23 yrs)
Plant Head :
Strategic Planning
i) Monitoring and ensuring smooth operation of Production, Plant Maintenance, Productive and Quality
ii) Managing the manufacturing operations of plant by monitoring and implementations of the annual business planning, target setting and budgeting processess through leading a team.
iii) Recommending and implementing intiatives such as new techniques and products, as well as estabilishing optimum product mix, shortlist vendors and purchases of new machinery.
iv) Providing developmental inputs to the top manangement and to ensure the effective implementation of policies, processes and systems with respect to financial planning, human resource management & IT.
v) Developing new process concepts for production optimazation, yield improvement and develop guideline for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
Production Planning & Control :
i) Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.
ii) Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.
iii) Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets.
iv) Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity
v) Implementing major cost savings strategies, productivity enhancements and improvments
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control & ISO/FSMS systems
