Desired Candidate Profile :
- Plastics professional with 18+ years of experience in a plastic pipe manufacturing company (preferably dealt with HDPE pipes).
- CIPET
- Should have held a leadership role for 10+ years
- Knowledge of Polymers is a must
- Additional knowledge in field of engineering is also important.
- Could have worked in plant producing hdpe solid wall pipes, dwc hdpe pipes, pvc pipes, hdpe film, injection moulding or other allied products.
Job Description :
- Expertise in handling the plant operations entailing planning, resource utilization, maintenance, quality management & manpower management
- Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills
- Thorough in materials planning and developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials and equipment competitive prices to ensure smooth execution of Plant operation
