Needed a Plant Head for Dairy to be based in Africa (Ethiopia).

- Responsible for entire day to day operations of the Factory.

- Translate business strategy/ plans into financial/ bottom-line impact through effective overseeing and supervision of production process of Milk and milk products.

- Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with various vendors and service providers

- Responsible for working in close coordination with Sales and Distribution to ensure stock availability as per market demand

- Responsible for developing daily production plans and ensuring efficiency in scheduling, dispatches, monitoring and management of production processes

- Core team member to ensure SAP implementation on all production modules.

- Ensure adherence to Quality specifications and other guidelines laid down by Quality Assurance

- Responsible for ensuring adherence to the planned budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness of operations

- Ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and plan for preventive actions to be taken in order to eliminate re-occurrence

- Monitor procurement plan in order to have requisite availability of raw material, packing material all the time and ensure desired inventory.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data to the Director Manufacturing and Plan timely renovation and modernization activities for the unit to ensure higher efficiency of operations and minimal breakdowns

- Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliances at the unit level

- Ensure a harmonious work environment at the unit level

- Identify Technological advancements and innovations to adapt them to keep the organization's competitive edge.

- Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team
