Position : Plant Head

Job location : Odisha

Experience : 10-15 Years (atleast 3 yrs. of exp. working in a Dairy plant)

Working days : 6 Days

Budget : 12-15 LPA (Depends on the candidature)

2. We are looking candidate who has strong experience in People Mgmt, Administration, Compliances, Maintenance, EHS etc

3. Candidate has atleast 3 yrs. of exp. working in a Dairy plant

4. Who can easily relocate to Odisha location

Responsibilities :

- Planning : Review the volume projections and devise the budgetary requirements

- Production : Ensure delivery of production volume as per defined timelines. Review production performance on various defined key performance indicators and carry out smooth and continuous production

- Administration : Handle entire factory administration, Labour management, employee issue, Vendor Management, Policy Implementation.

- Process Improvement : Identify areas of possible improvement in the current manufacturing process and ensure overall quality improvement of processes and systems at the plant

- Maintenance Management : Ensure functionality and reliability of all utilities, line repairs and maintenance and budget on periodic basis

- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) : Ensure compliance to all the EHS related guidelines at all times.

- Statutory Compliance ( Manufacturing) : Understand the required regulatory guidelines and ensure timely accreditation of all certificates, licenses in areas such as pollution control norms, boiler control, FSSAI etc

Requirements :

- Proven working experience in same role, minimum 10 years

- Must have experience at least 3 years in Dairy Plant

- Who has strong experience in People Mgmt, Administration, Compliance, Maintenance, EHS etc
