We are looking for Plant Head EHS for MNC FMCG Company (South)
Location : AP
- To prepare EHS Strategy for the site in line with Global EHS Plan.
- To coordinate setting of EHS objectives for the site
- To support preparation and updation of EHS procedures / standards as per the Global EHS guidelines for the site
- To plan, and control all Environments, Safety & Health related activities on a regular basis to ensure compliance of statutory requirements
- To lead interventions and activities that take the site to leadership position with respect to EHS implementation of policies, practices, KPIs & culture.
- To liaise with other departments in planning and implementing measures for prevention of unsafe work practices to meet requirements of Site Contract pertaining to Safety.
- To improve awareness through training and other means of communication among the employees regarding Environment, Safety, Health, Fire prevention & eliminate accidents.
- Taking ESH to next level with involvement of cross functional teams.
