The details are as under

- Plan, organize, direct and run day to day operation.

- Responsible for production output, product quality and on time shipping

- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

- Commit to plant safety procedure

- Develope system and process that track and optimize and productivity and standard, metrics and performance targets and to ensures effective return on assets.

- Address employees issues and grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

- Liasioning with regulatory authorities and compliances.
