Job Responsibilities

Search Brief

- Organize and control all production operations within the plant to achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, productivity, efficiencies and customer satisfaction

- To develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure necessary resources to meet business objectives and to participate in annual business planning and budgeting of the plant

- To develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the plant, equipment and the resources are effectively utilized to ensure maximum production efficiency and quality targets are achieved as per plan and minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, energy and capital

- To implement new product designs, coordinating customer requirements with manufacturing cost and feasibility

- To plan and ensure adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedule and obtain highest degree of customer satisfaction

- To ensure reductions in scrap cost, in- process wastage cost, maintenance cost, energy cost, etc

- Overall plant administration and management and all labour related/ IR issues, ensuring 100% compliance to all statutory requirements

- To ensure adherence to safety, environment and health standards of EMS/ OHSAS and regularly monitor the same

Job Requirement-

A Graduate or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical with atleast 18 - 25 years of experience in production and designing of precision engineering and allied industry.

- Leadership and team-building skills.

- Making, planning & execution skills.

- Exemplary relationship management,

- communication skills with the ability to network with the key members, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and statutory agencies

- Negotiation skills.

- Able to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations.

- Techno Commercial person with an aptitude for learning.
