Position: Plant Head (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Job Description :
- To plan, organize, direct and provide leadership for day-to-day operations for the plant
- To increase production and asset capacity while minimizing costs, while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor day-to-day production yield, energy efficiency mechanisms and EHS compliance & controls
- Responsible for engineering, manufacturing, quality control, supply and logistics, distribution, possible future expansions and HR/Admin at the Plant
- Responsible for monitoring the production output, product quality, etc.
- To review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments
- Collect and analyze data to find loopholes in wastage or calculation errors
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Good experience in TPM / similar concepts
- Well versed with managing external environment, represent Sr. Management in dispute resolution with Union, government agencies & labor relation authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organizations' interests are safeguarded
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional and operational managers
Requirements:
- BE (Mech/ Production/ Chemical)
- Chemical Engineer with Process Reengineering experience will be preferred
- 15-20 yrs of experience
- Experienced in a continuous process industry preferably in Chemical or any process industry.
- Good experience in TPM / similar concepts
