Key Result Areas:

- Supervising:

1 Monthly Dispatch (Actual Vs Target, Product wise)

2 OEE (Actual Vs Target)

3 Consumable Cost (Actual Vs Target)

4 Man hours and manpower cost (Actual Vs Target)

5 Packing cost (Actual Vs Target)

- Entrusted with the responsibilities of:

1 Maintaining workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods and implementing cost reductions

2 Revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on production summaries

3 Ensuring operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques

4 Monitoring tool room, fixture maintenance and fixture repair and their spares

- Ensuring quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Addressing customer complaints including physically visiting customer plants and collaborating with Production Engineers to identify and solve issues

- Working in association with external maintenance sources and machine manufacturer

- Conducting training programs for operators Supervisors and Engineers

- Serving as SPOC for:

1 Managing raw materials inventory working with vendors to communicate quality and delivery issues

2 Ensuring daily operational meetings with service departments to resolve daily issues

3 Controlling monthly man-hours, quantity of all types of consumables using in shop floor

4 Providing assistance in CNC programming, solving technical problems, reducing cycle time and improve productivity

- Devising production plan (machine loading plan), line balance according to cycle time of the components, achieving monthly targets, manpower planning, tool planning and feasibility plan (date wise dispatch plan for whole month).

- Managing machine maintenance and devising preventive maintenance plan and plan for spare parts of machine with maintenance department and coordinate with external sources

- Involved in augmenting OEE, controlling tooling cost, oil cost reduce cycle time by improving tooling and fixtures

- Leading, guiding & supervising manpower and training workmen about 5S, Kaizen and so on

- Performing why-why and root cause analysis for the problem and rejection coming in the line

- Engaged in Implementing Kaizen, 5S & POKA-YOKE on the shop floor

- Handling production related task including planning, procurement, control & trouble shooting for the achieving the planned periodic schedule
