- Overall manufacturing activities and team handling.
- Responsible for Policy deployment..
- Technical support for development of new products.
- To control expenses of consumables, Power, water & all others.
- Optimisation of process for maximum out put.
- Monthly MIS presentation in MRM & ensure horizontal deployment of actions.
- Manufacturing support for process improvement and localisation of parts.
- Production, planning, scheduling & co- ordination with plant manager & staff to ensure timely.
- Completion of production plan & timely delivery.
- Develop high performance manufacturing team.
- Budget adherence / control.
- New business development .
Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 19,00,000 P.A.
