Job Description :

- Operations Maintenance - Planning scheduling effective preventive corrective maintenance as schedule to ensure system / equipment reliability Developing implementing work procedures SOP for manufacturing, maintenance and configuration of control systems to ensure operational excellence Quality Management - Developing maintenance operations procedures to increase the efficiency; implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards Supervising quality systems compliance with pre - set standards identifying problem areas and taking CAPA measures to improve.

- Regulatory Statutory Compliance - Developing all aspects governing operation, production plant engineering activities and keeping up - to - date knowledge on latest technological advancements, regulatory statutory compliances in the industry.

- Regulating quality standards / plans through checking of all plant activities at the site; examining the methodology for specific operations maintaining records as per QA norms P L Management - Conducting pricing reviews variance analysis for cost and take measures keeping abreast of trends effective utilisation of resources. Coordinating with vendors / suppliers to ensure reasonable pricing and timely delivery of materials to the plant thereby increasing the profitability of the plant.
