It is a pleasure for me to get in touch and apprise you with my current intention introduce your profile in one of our client located in Himachal for the position of Plant Head for paper Manufacturing Industry.
Designation / Title: Plant Head
Industry Type: Its paper Manufacturing industry.
Location : Himachal Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- All activities of plants starting from raw material preparation to finished paper for achieving the qualitative and quantitative production of pulp & paper & Tissue
- Monthly production planning, daily production planning
- Responsible of all the activities related to Production, Maintenance.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of employees to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets
- Man Power planning and Automation
- Supervised the administration, production & related systems as well as conducted inspection
- Process planning to achieve Customer specification/requirements.
- Deals with all the processes related to Paper Manufacturing
- Responsible for implementing TPM activities & quality circle in shop floor.
- Responsible for development of new bright bar products, production improvements, optimum cost of product, safety, health & Environment.
The Candidate Must Be Well Versed With Paper Processing And Should Have Technical Knowledge
The Candidate Must Be Technical Sound In Approving The Customer Technical Data Sheet And Designing The Manufacturing Process Accordingly.
Desired Profile:
Education- Candidate must be Graduate.
Exp: -15+ years
Salary: As per Exposure.
