- Overall Plant responsibiity for Regualtory all time readiness, Team leader, Handling of R&D and Site Transfer Projects,
- Maintaining revenue and Capex within the sanctioned Budget,
- Creating a Group of Team for respective functions for effective implementations, Zero And minor Observations in MHRA and USFDA Audits, Increased Productivity, reduced Manpower, Strong Administrator and executioner.
