Designation / Title : Plant Head
Industry Type : Its a Automotive Manufacturing industry.
Location : Hoshiarpur
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all plant related functions as production, maintenance, PPC, Quality, Store etc.
- Experience in Sheet Metal, Fabrication Industry
- Experience in Robotics is mandatory
- Responsible to handle work force in plant
- Maintaining Quality Standards
- Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement
- Must have implemented Process Enhancement & Cost Control
- Exposure of press shop assembly
- Exp of system, PPC & Actively involving in Assembly & Productivity improvement
- Responsible for producing quality product & Line balancing as well as Meeting Daily production targets
Desire Profile :
Experience : 15-25 years in Manufacturing Industry.
Education - Candidate must be B.Tech /B.E. - mechanical
Salary Range 20-24 lpa
Competency Skills :
- He should be a self motivated individual having excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Self Initiator.
- Positive attitude and Team work
- Good communication skills.
