Plant Head - Production Management (15-30 yrs)
Job Description :
- We have requirement for one of the largest ceramic industry.
- Looking out sourcing of production from local manufacturers, ensuring costs, quality and supply chain management.
- Adapt in all aspects of product development spanning from design to commercialization, which includes materials, costing, negotiation, design and fittings and customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in managing vendors, contractors & liaisoning with Govt. authorities.
- Strong and decisive leader with excellent organizational and team building skills in a culturally diverse environment.
- Expert in management systems. Responsible for implementing result oriented management systems for quality, occupational health and safety, environment, social accountability and energy efficiency.
- Material Planning and supplier management performance
- Candidates from tiles manufacturing company are preferable.
