Plant Head - Production Process (10-15 yrs)
Responsible for handling the entire end to end plant production process.
- Develop people and process.
- Prepare annual operating budget,track and meet the targets.
- Increase productivity and yield, reduce costs and to focus on continues improvement of process and quality.
Maintenance : Ensuring the upkeeing /Up running of all the machineries and equipment's with the minimum down time.
Quality : Oversee the whole production to ensure optimum quality standards are met.
Compliance & Audits : Ensure statutory compliance under various laws, ensure compliance of all certifying agencies like ISO,BAP,ASC etc..
SHE : Ensures implementation of the laid out safety, health and environment policies of the company and the applicable stator agencies
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engg with Management qualification is desired.
