Plant Head - Radiator Business - North

Designation: Plant Head (GM/ SR GM )

Participating at a senior level in the management of plant operations.

- Adherence to ramp-up schedules

- Making decision about Product & process improvement in a effective manner.

- Ensuring good Quality Cost Delivery in our performance for customer delight.

- Benchmarking best practices and driving the use of such methods across plant operations

- Ensuring that the plant complies all legal and other regulatory requirements e.g. Labour wages, contractual manpower compliance, water cess reports, noise, emission etc.

- Providing leadership, coordination and coaching to the team.

- Ensuring adequate staffing level at all the times.

- Ensuring and addressing timely response to customer on quality issues and customer requirements.

- Ensuring inventory management in plant by daily, monthly & quarterly monitoring and maintaining variance of less than 1%.

- Ensuring optimum stock level of bought out parts.

- Carrying out the activities related to requirement by guiding & supporting team and achieving operation targets.

- Monitoring the activities involved in BSC requirements and making decision keeping Safety on priority.

- Daily shop floor meeting in the WCSQ Gallery and discussing the customer requirements, Quality issues and various improvement projects.

- Review & ensures the adherence to proper running plant committees concerns

- Plant performance monitoring & improvements.

- Business support for new developments & resource management
