Plant Head - Textile (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading Consumer / Textile company based at Hyderabad and are looking for a senior professional immediately.
Position : Plant Head
Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical) or B.Tech (Textile)
Location : Hyderabad
Job Role :
- Manufacturing Operations, Operations Excellence, Process Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Assembly Line, Production Planning & Control, Green Field Project, Brown Field Project and New Product Launch .
- Directing & coordinating plant operations as per company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for production targets and on time delivery.
- Scheduling and frequently conduct production planning meetings.
- Conferring with department in-charges and ensuring the coordination of purchase, production and shipment.
- Reviewing production reports and maintaining the productivity for the planned targets.
- Deployment of Ideal man power in all departments.
- Strictly maintaining the factory inspection and compliance policies for various customers,Identifying the areas for cost reduction and implementation.
- Should have hands-on experience in analyzing the prevalent production systems / processes, identifying loopholes, if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.
- Excellence in handling activities including procurement, planning, scheduling & implementing plant capacity enhancement activities, techno-commercial activities, vendor development, implementation of SOP/ quality & safety guidelines.
- Should champion the execution model for delivery, establish a systemic governance framework leveraging industry standards and best practices. Direct, manage cross-functional teams using interactive and motivational leadership.
- You should be a strategist cum implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading manufacturing operations to accomplish production plans and goals.
- This position reports directly to the Director of the company
