- Overall Plant responsibility & accountability with respect to each and every aspect of Plant management & administration, operations & costs, quality and manpower.

- Prompt & effective communication with customers when required, company sister plants, Head office, Govt offices and any other 3rd party associated with the company under the purview of concerned plant

- Effective coordination with all the above to ensure smooth functioning of the plant

-Coordinate between all departmental heads for the smooth execution of order, flow of material

Quality of product & good customer service

-Coordination with Quality Assurance & Control with respect to the quality of the final product

-Coordination with Maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of all machines and related

mechanical/electrical equipment & utilities

-Co-ordination with sales department & customers (local and export), if required.

-Must maintain good communication & coordination with Silvassa team with respect to incoming Raw material.

- Responsible for developing and maintaining an effective plant MIS [Centralized Data Mining - Daily Plant production (In detail about each machine), Efficiency, Waste, Rejection level on each machine, Stoppage times with reasons]

- Responsibility to ensure the plant is adhering to all statutory & legal compliance and records of the same are maintained and timely updated

- Complete responsibility for the implementation & sustainability of HR systems in the plant

- To lead the people & manpower development activities determined by HR - training and development programs/Individual development programs/performance management

- Responsible for heading customer complaint handling along with the QAC team

- Plant budgeting - forecasting, planning and implementing. Monitoring Budget allocation vs. usage on weekly basis.
