Job Description : Unit Manager/Head
- To provide project management resource to directly manage the given project, delivering within the agreed scope and timescale
- To provide support, advice and assistance to people and/or departments across the organisation managing their project
- To be responsible for defining project budgets and ensuring that they are well managed for the accountable budget holder
- To develop and maintain the project management methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery
- To comply with the data protection regulations, ensuring that information on clients remains confidential
- To plan the frequency of Safety and Quality audits required for the projects by the central quality and safety teams
- Communication and co-ordination with techno-commercial team members and with all stakeholders Implementing project
- Timely and frequently updating management on progress & status of project; monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings
- Directing all cost analysis & controls activity associated with the project; preparing & reporting on the cost functions within the contract and providing a comprehensive cost control, change control, analysis & reporting in form of a consolidated report for all projects to higher management.
- Managing the project start-up contracts (including Material Reconciliation, RA Bills / Payment & Quality Status, Progress status, & so on) / agreements, formulation and negotiations of contracts in co-ordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams
- Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tenders / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/ deviation proposals, claims
Experience required : 7-12 years
CTC : 8-10 LPA
