Plant Manager for ETP Plant, Location - IOCL Paradip (Orissa)

- Operation & Maintenance Project in Refinery (Treatment of Industrial Effluent)

- Of proven competence in the field of Effluent Treatment Plant, or in a similar continuous process industry.

- Leading the operations and maintenance teams in a drive forward for the optimization of the plant process.

- The Candidate will be directly responsible for the safe continuous operation & Maintenance of the Plant, maintaining the agreed Parameters; plus any associated activities.

- The appointed manager will also carry out the necessary interaction, with any statutory authorities or government agencies in any issues related to all the above mentioned plants.

- He will be a commercially astute manager, used to the budgetary control of a large facility.

- Cost reduction through optimization of man & materials.

- Customer focus in terms of Product awareness, service, complaints follow up, feedback on market situations and commercial situations

- He will carry the legal responsibility for all site activities and as such be responsible for the direct management of all site personnel, including any contractors.

- Excellence in the plant maintenance activities, achieving cost benefits. Maintaining plant availability to 95% or greater.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.

- A proven manager with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in a senior management position in Operation & Maintenance of Water/ waste water industry after Graduation or Post graduation in respective Engineering discipline.

- Able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the general Effluent treatment processes in current use.

- A competent astute business unit manager, with achievements in man management, budgetary control and an impeccable HSE record of incident control; demanding and demonstrating continuous improvement.
