Note for Common :
- Planning for Setup of Glass processing line & Shower Enclosure assembly line Layout designing for Shower Enclosure assembly & Glass processing line.
- Define project scope, budget & goal in collaboration of top management Manage of project in line with project budget & timely delivery.
- Execution of successful running of both lines with in targeted time & budget.
- Ensure smooth running after installation & commissioning.
- Develop System and process that track & optimized productivity, standards, metrics and performance target to ensure effective return on assets.
- Develop new models time to time on the basis of market requirement.
- R & D on new models as per CE requirement of Shower Enclosure En 14428.
- Sourcing & Coordinate with Suppliers for procurement of hardware & Glass.
- Overseas & Local Vendor development for shower enclosure Hardware in accordance to our standard requirement.
- Provide new ideas & New practices to marketing team for value addition
- Ensure time to time training of operation staff for up gradation of skills
- Addresses day to day issue related to plant activity.
- Stay up to date with latest production Management best practice & concepts.
- Ensure safety procedures to be adopted in every station
- Ensure to oversee employees, production & efficiency, to make sure plant running smoothly, quickly, efficiently & safely.
