Plant Supply Manager - Steel (3-12 yrs)
Experience within Steel industry is mandatory
Job Description:
a. Responsible for end to end order fulfillment from order receipt to material delivery
b. Build dashboards to track business metrics, monitor seller performance & publish MIS reports periodically
c. Engage with sellers to enhance buyer experience, cost optimization & availability
d. Suggest internal process improvements to optimize order execution TAT
e. Team Management, Training & development
f. Work on the short / mid / long term planning horizons to build processes & teams
g. Work with tech team to build the supply modules & products required for DoD correspondences
Desired Criteria:
Work Experience: Between 3 to 12 years
Notice: Preferably should be available to join within 30 days
Language: Hindi, English & amp; Vernacular Language (knowledge of local language is essential)
Analytical Skills: SAP Knowledge, MS Office, Sound Communication Skills
