Roles and Responsibilities

Being Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for -

01. Automation in-house engineering including automation project specification, hardware Configuration, function description and programming

02. Automation on-site job includes electrical installation guidance test, confirmation of Process with design engineer, online commissioning (mainly for Proface, Omron, Wecon, Mitsubishi, Siemens) verification of process upgrade with customer, project files updating.

03. Automation emergency response includes emergency failure analysis, remote guidance or connection support, on-site troubleshooting.

04. Plant automation performance investigation and optimization.

05. Provide Remote support to customers in a 24x7 support setup.

06. Provide sales support to technical sales and account managers through the entire sales process (understand customer needs, create solution, convey the value).

07. Carry out customer visits in conjunction with technical issues, assisting the local account managers and Service Manager.

08. Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

09. Respond quickly to customer calls

Qualification :

01. Graduates / Diploma from BE(E&TC, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical) with recognized universities.

02. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent automaton skills and deep understanding level about Project requirement.

03. Capable to work on Project Integration of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, VFD Machine Vision,Panel commissioning and Testing,

04. 2 Year and above work experience with any recommended PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo and System Integration.

05. Good prioritizing and planning skill.
