PLC Programmer - Construction Project (0-1 yrs)
JD :
- Handling of electrical consumption as per requirement
- Daily maintain the power consumption report
- To provide the proper Preventive Maintenance of panels
- Troubleshooting the tripping issues
- Corrective maintenance of the failures
- Understand the project requirement and develop programs and HMI screens as per application and client requirement.
- Preparation of IO List as per load/instrument details.
- Interaction with customer for sequence of operation and other clarifications related to the project.
- Installation & Commissioning of Drives.
- Parameters for process instruments.
- SCADA development and commissioning.
- Preparation of CAD drawings if necessary.
- Preparation of quality documents and FAT documents as per project requirement.
- Loop checking, Reports, Power on checks & Commissioning of the system.
- Frequent travelling for project commissioning and handing over
- Establishing communication to third party devices.
- Knowledge over Programmable Logic controllers
- Electrical & instrumentation devices,
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of motors,
QUALIFICATION : BE/DIP MECH
EXPERIENCE : 0-1 YEARS
SALARY : 10000-12000
