Job opening for PLM Engineer who is having the strong capabilities in Material Master Data and Bill of Material Management in Windchill PDMLink and SAP relevant to wind turbines. We look forward for someone who is passionate to bring the enhancement with programming capability and can able to adhere with global governance. Position :

PLM Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Ensure consistent Masterdata and Bill of Material across the systems (Windchill PDMLink / Partslink/ MPMLink / SAP) adhere to the global governance.

- Masterdata and BoM Review in PartsLink and SAP with the reference of product design and drawing to ensure the implementation requested through Engineering Change Management.

- Handling Design, Production Site specific and other types of Masterdata and BoMs in PDMLink, MPMLink, PartsLink and SAP.

- S-BOM creation/maintenance in systems (PDMLink, SAP & InforXA).

- Creation/Enrichment of Material Master Data in PartsLink and SAP.

- Monitors overall data quality and SLA to meet the deadlines with proper plans.

- Prepare PowerBI reports for Master data and BoM, related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a regular basis.

- Participates in regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings, forums, work groups, and educational sessions.

- Coordinate with designers, business units and relevant stakeholders in execution of tasks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical or Production or Instrumentation).

- 5+ Years of experience in PLM/MDM.

- Preferred expertise in Windchill PDMLink, PartsLink, MPMLink and SAP MM with programming capability.

- Having exposure in Creo an advantage.

- PowerBI reports preparation capabilities an advantage.

- Experience in wind turbine industry preferred.

- Configurable BOM creation using Windchill Options & Variance.

- Fluency in English language verbal and written

Competencies :

- Strong knowledge on Master Data Governance, BoM Management and Engineering Change Management.

- Strong knowledge on Masterdata Attributes such as Spend Class, Tax Commodity Code, Traceability, UNSPSC.

- Classification, different types of BoMs, configurable BoMs and S-BoM.

- Clear concept knowledge about Product Configuration and Service Lifecycle Managements.

- Programming capabilities in Windchill PDMLink and SAP.

- Experience with MS office on user level.

- Able to multitask and prioritize daily work under a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team work and proactive approach.

- Drive continuous system and process improvements by own.

- Self-starter; able to identify issues upfront and drive them to a resolution.
