PMHLC - Senior Manager - Business Operations - Inbound Shipments (8-12 yrs)
- Monitor and follow up on inbound shipments to ensure stock to be on time.
- Monitoring and handling Pan India Operations.
- Crunching numbers and analyze data and derive meaningful insights (advance excel).
- Managing Inbound, Quality, Outbound and Inventory Control processes within the warehouse.
- Driving all relevant KPIs and metrics and achieving and surpassing them consistently in order to Manage SLA & TAT.
- Handling inquiries from other related internal functions.
- Actively involved in inventory audit and cycle count and bin consolidation.
- Setting up of the warehouse Infrastructure, Team, Processes, etc.
- Leveraging technology to implement new ideas/processes and redesign warehouse process flow.
- Inventory reconciliation & inventory accuracy by Reducing Not found and sink age.
- To develop and Train Subordinates, technicians & workers to Achieve Desired Levels (Incl. On cGMP, SOPs and on Job Training).
- SOPs initiation and forwarding it for finalization to the core management. Time to time review of the SOPs and other documents and formats and make necessary changes as and when required after the approval.
