Power Electronics Engineer - Electric Vehicle Design (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Lead design, development, and testing of EV motor and controller electrical hardware.
2. Collaborate for seamless integration within cross-functional teams.
3. Design PCBs for motor control, power electronics, sensors, and communication.
4. Select components balancing cost, reliability, and performance.
5. Analyze, simulate, and test circuits; ensure technical documentation.
6. Participate in design reviews, validate designs through tests.
7. Coordinate with suppliers for quality production.
8. Stay updated with EV technology advancements.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or related.
2. 3+ years' hands-on hardware design experience.
3. Proficiency in Altium, Eagle, or KiCad.
4. Strong in power electronics, analog/digital design.
5. Motor control, sensors, communication protocols knowledge.
6. Familiarity with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink.
7. Knowledge of EV standards (ISO 26262, SAE J1939).
8. Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
9. Testing equipment, rapid prototyping familiarity.
10. EV development background is advantageous.
