PPC Head - Consumer Durable Products (8-12 yrs)
Responsible for all the 3 factories
- Aggregation of customer requirement before three month
- Monthly requirement plan issue to store
- Machine Capacity analysis
- Transportation capacity analysis
- Manpower requirement evaluation
- Production plan vs actual
- Customer dispatch plan vs actual
- Stock Monitoring in coordination with store
- Follow Up of Incoming material
