Precast Manager - Civil (8-13 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of precast erection projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and on-site teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to milestones.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues during project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress to management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in precast erection works, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of precast construction methods, equipment, and safety standards.
