Predictive Maintenance Role - Process Plant - Manufacturing/Maintenance (15-30 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Fundamental knowledge in data acquisition & signal processing
2. Expert in FMEA Development for assets like motors, pumps, compressors, and turbines
3. Vibration Analysis - Enough field experience to be able to investigate and troubleshoot vibration issues
4. Experience with PdM technologies i.e., ultrasonic, infrared thermography, and multi-channel acquisition systems
5. Experienced in conducting root cause analysis for failures like motor burn-out, gear-box heating, and all other electrical failure modes
6. Ability to recommend world-class maintenance practices for assets like drives, motors, and gearbox
7. Experienced in conducting FFT analysis will be an added plus.
8. Expert in Rotary Equipment ( Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Fans, Rotors and Motors)
9. Expert in FMEA Development for different asset class- Identification of failure modes, effects and Symptoms
10. Experienced in conducting root cause analysis for asset failures especially mechanical failures
11. Expert in Vibration analysis - Analyzing Vibration levels, Assessing Countermeasures (Balancing), diagnosing asset health based on vibration levels
12. Expert in Frequency domain analysis will be an added plus
13. Expert in assessing and developing maintenance best practices.
