Job Overview:

Mid-Level: 2 to 8 years experience | Full-Time | Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Proven 2 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support roles, preferably in the CCTV industry.

- Sound knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security equipment and software solutions

- Familiarity with networking protocols and IP-based surveillance systems along with AI based software solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements and provide technical Solutions in pre-sales activities for our range of CCTV products.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate security solutions.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

- Assist in creating technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates for clients.

- Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to enhance product knowledge.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and generate potential leads.

- Support post-sales activities, including product installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Ideal Candidate:

- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Marketing Communications or Sales Engineer within Industrial industry.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
